Iron Man Brendan Turns 15

Our freshman is officially 15 years old! This means that driving is in his future. Yikes! In the meantime, he is all about the Lego vehicles instead. LOL

Jacob was away for his reserves weekend in Tacoma, so he FaceTimed in to watch Brendan open his gifts and blow out his candles. Thank goodness for technology!

One of Brendan's favorite gifts was a pair of Tony Stark style sunglasses. Now he can pretend his is talking to his AI Edith.

For his special birthday dinner, he asked for shrimp and rice. It was gobbled right up with zero leftovers, per usual.

He also requested a cherry pie in place of a cake. We were able to fit all 15 candles on there. Mr. Cool.

His big friend party will be in a week when some of his closest guy and girl friends will come over for pizza and to hang out before heading over to a local trampoline park "The Flying Squirrel" for their disco lights night. It is when they play music and have the place lit up like a dance club from 9pm-midnight. What a great time that will be! He has invited his buddies Carson LaPlant, Josiah Carpenter, Aiden Peterson, Emma Barker and Ava Thompson to join him. They are a funny bunch. Happy 15th birthday, Brendan!
