Activity Thursdays

Thursdays are our big night for activities for all of the boys. Riley has his Cub Scout den and pack meetings, and the older boys have their Young Men activities. The same time, same place usually. 

Every once in a while, they go on little "field trip" activities, too. Like when the pack went to the Flag Museum next to Pines Cemetery to learn about how our nation's flag has evolved over the years, and how to show respect for it.  

Our teachers and priests quorums are so small, that they combine for their activities. All of the boys went to where one of their leaders, Brother Harvey, works to learn about being a nurse anesthetist. 

It is such a blessing to have my boys learning about their world and the many interesting things there are out there from amazing leaders. We are so fortunate to have these opportunities to grow!
