Priesthood Preview 2017

With several of the Valiant 11 boys turning 12 in March, the Primary decided it was time to hold its annual Priesthood Preview, and that included our Brendan. It's crazy to think that we will have TWO Young Men and only one left in Primary, but Brendan has been so eager and excited to become a Deacon and receive the Aaronic Priesthood. We are so proud of the person he is becoming.

There was a wonderful program and Brendan was also asked to speak on how he is preparing to receive the priesthood. He prepared his talk all on his own and did an amazing job, explaining the importance of reading the scriptures and praying. Then bore his testimony. What a special kid!

Since the Preview was on the 12th, Jake happened to have already asked for the day off (due to my birthday), so he was able to be there to support Bren, too. Yay!

Sister Breanna Crapo, the Primary President, prepared photographs of the boys' hands with a quote by President Monson, which she presented to the boys along with their new Duty to God and For the Strength of Youth pamplets. Bren will be all set. We are so excited. T-minues 1 month! He will be ordained on March 12th, the Sunday after his birthday! We love you, Brendan!
