Monster Cookies
WARNING! These are amazingly tastey, and incredibly addictive. You will not be able to stop at just one...but if you are looking for something sinful and yummy look no further!
Our friends the Cahoons brought us over a batch and they were gone within 24 hours. (actually, more like 2 hours)
3 eggs
1-1/4 cups brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1-1/4 cups peanut butter
1/2 cup butter (melted)
4-1/2 cup quick oats
2 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbs. vanilla
1/2 Tbs. corn syrup
2 cups chocoalte chips
1-1/2 cups M&M's
Simply mix all the ingredients and spoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet (Kim Cahoon said she used an ice cream scoop). Then bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. They come out HUGE and oh so good.
And in case you were wondering, no, the recipe does not use flour.
